Returns Policy

1. Only applicable for products with major production defect.
2. Must attach/send product unboxing video and order number. 
3. Returned items can only be refund if the replacement is unavailable. 
4. Refund will processed once returned product received.
5. Refund process will take estimation 14 working days.

Shipping

1. All items will be process with no later than 24 hours since order received. For orders placed on weekend/public holiday will be process the following weekday.
2. Courier will be decided solely by BRERA's team. For particular items which might need installation assistance, our team will contact you for confirmation and coordination.
3. For Jabodetabek region, you shall received the product with estimation 5 working days. For outside Jabodetabek region, minimum 7 working days.
4. Delay in shipment may be caused due to third party or force majeur conditions.
